Fitness 7 Pattaya









I'm training three to four times a week at Fitness 7 by Pattaya Avenue. As you get older, the muscles need extra nutrition (proteins) and strength training to stay strong, but also to maintain muscle mass. Without extra protein and strength training, muscles turn into fat mass with all its consequences.

Today we had a nice vegetarian dinner at Pier 21 in Terminal 21 and then walked back home along the beach of Beachroad.

Lunch


The day started with a lot of rain, luckily I have everything to make a delicious lunch. Fried egg with green onion and coriander, white rice with cucumber and chili sauce.

Fitness 7 Pattaya


Today after 3 months of doing nothing about the corona crisis, the gyms here in Thailand have reopened.
It was nice and quiet and again nice to work out. Tomorrow for sure muscle pain.
